It's not really over for him. Sure he will lose but what exactly can they do? He runs a website and goes on Twitter and runs his mouth. This isn't Gawker with a paid staff. Daily Mail has far more at stake. If Tarpley is smart and running this as a corporation he can just declare it bankrupt. Still it's going to be a lot harder to collect anything meaningful out of him and it reinforces the position of his followers because it makes him seem big enough and important enough that Trump would bother targeting him to begin with as well as enforce his sentiment that Trump is all evil. In the end he probably benefits from the publicity, probably far more so than his hashtag laden Twitter posts. I think the worst problem he's going to have is coming up with a way to convince people to pay $7.99 a month to listen to podcasts. I'd probably shell out like $.99 just because it's funny to listen to his stuff, I just can't see paying $7.99. It would have been far more interesting if LaRouche had made this statement because it's very doubtful he'd have retracted it because he's never wrong about anything and would retain lawyers to fight it. |

"Melania Trump’s lawsuit against me is without merit. Mrs. Trump is a public figure actively engaged in the Trump for president campaign. We are confident that Mrs. Trump will not be able to meet her high burden of proving the statements published about her on my website were defamatory in any way. Her lawsuit is a blatant attempt to intimidate not only me but journalists of all stripes into remaining silent with regard to public figures. This lawsuit is a direct affront to First Amendment principles and free speech in our democratic society." Oh, the irony. Hilarious! I almost lost my keyboard from spewed coffee reading that. I don't see this working out well for Webster. If he's clever, maybe he'll claim the story about Melania was planted to discredit him, some kind of false flag. |

This is beyond bizarre! THE GRIFFIN's being sued for $75,000, which means he's being handled by professionals: they did the research, and discovered this amount is the "sweet spot" which is the amount he is capable of paying them OR and the amount he is capable of paying a defense lawyer PLUS some kind of settlement! This is what we call the REAL WORLD running headlong into the Doctor's fantasyland. I love the part about 1st amendment rights, too. Since when did a LaRouchie care about the Constitution except the preamble? MEANwhile, this is my last evening in Russia, after three weeks. An American ex-pat associate who does radio here in Moscow swung by tonight for food, wine, and chit-chat, and inevitably our discussion came to THE GRIFFIN's lawsuit. He didn't get it. "What's wrong? LaRouche is really big in Russia!" I just chuckled. "Call me surprised!" I said, and just spent a good half hour relating the story of THE DEAR LEADER's supposed Russia Trip as related in Why We Left! Ah yes... what a life! |

Solid take. On today's WCR, Tarpo was trying to appeal to "the libertarians" (read: Alex Jones) to come to his defense. He even tried to sell the idea that his keeping clear of the second amendment issue, in deference to firearms owners, made him an ally. As if all the passive-aggressive swipes he's been taking at Jones and Ron Paul supporters for years are suddenly forgotten! Call them gun fetishists, will you? Just LOL! Tarpo is scared, no doubt about it, but he picked this fight. Every week during the conference calls he said Trump was thin-skinned and he wanted to bother him—and boy, did he! |

I'm finally listening to the Sept 3rd edition of GRIFFIN CRISIS RADIO. Oh boy, what a hoot! Herr Doktor is the Constitutional boy scout from beginning to end, isn't he? Around 18 minutes into the Doktor's plea for "HELLLLPPPP!!!!!" -- I mean, his assertion of strength in the face of falsity -- he brings on Attorney Jeffrey C. Jackson, introducing him as a fighting lawyer, "who has done yeoman service in the area of consumer rights". Is this how THE GRIFFIN "hint hints" his guest to represent him for free? I wonder if Jackson has to pay the tab when they go out to eat? Anyway, "fighting" attorney Jackson cracks me up at about 21:35 when he remarks,
BRILLIANT, Jeff. You're right in line THE GRIFFIN's line of thought on these matters. But wait! It gets better.
I think Melania's lawyer can subpoena any TWSP Daily Briefing to prove whether or not THE GRIFFIN has malice toward Donald Trump, and specifically the August 2nd edition that libels the plaintiff. ...Time to pack up your knapsack and head back to law school, Jeff. |

Even if he's still charging $7.99 for the daily podcasts those too can likely be subpoenaed if they need to prove malice, so he probably should not be running his mouth too much in those either. It's no different than if a talk show host on a private subscription service like SiriusXM says something. Just because he's charging doesn't make him safe. |

THIS JUST IN! HOT OFF THE PRESSES! ![]() Like Larouche, Webster is working for some backchannel in the Clinton campaign to get free access to "exclusive" privileges. Remember that the Clintons used Webster's George Bush book, and believe me it's true, it was pictured on the set of the Clinton campaign during 1992. Since Webster's movement collapsed I imagine he is trying to give it the old Larouche rebrand-and-try-again trick. He wants to convince some fringe component of the Clinton campaign to acknowledge him by offering support. I think this is why he got singled out. Even though no one knows who he is, Melania just wanted to swat what she thought was an ambitious, industrious fly. |

Last night on the Rachel Maddow show she devoted the opening to Trump and Alex Jones , living in harmony. http://www.msnbc.com/rachel-maddow-show
I don't think the Clinton campaign would want any part of Tarpley today connected to them. On the other hand, I would love to see Tarpley and Jones battle each other on Jone's show. Great job on the picture. There are a lot of subtle hijinks to see. |

Whoa, I'd plunk down a buck for THAT issue, even if it IS full of tacky ads for fortune tellers and magic tree seeds! Webster THE GRIFFIN Tarpley would make an admirable LaRouchie brother for Chelsea. Recall that she married into a LaRouchie family: her husband's uncle Professor Norton Mezvinsky has been a long-time follower of THE DEAR LEADER. No doubt baby Webster and Chelsea can play in the nursey and talk about old time interventions against Kissinger.
THE GRIFFIN ought to email Debbie Freeman, then. She supposedly had the "inside line" to Hillary's Inside Clique of whoever brings Hillary's Assistant her coffee.
Not at all. Whatever happens, THE GRIFFIN is a "Truther", and that's just too uncomfortable even for that crowd. The very last time Herr Doktor was on Alex Jones (sometime in 2012), the two of them exposed a mutual hostility that was memorable -- Jones criticised Tarpley for going soft on Obama, and Herr Doktor flipped out on him, heatedly reminding Jones about his book, "Obama: The Post-Modern Coup" and insisting his voice had been loudest about the unfitness of Obama to be President at the time. Jones climbed down. He gave in and told THE GRIFFIN how much he admired his courage and appreciated his work. But he never had Tarpley on his program again. |

Do not think some "fringe" elements of anyone's campaign are not going to naively align themselves with any Herr Doktor that comes along and greases them over. TWSP is trying in multiple places to infiltrate the Dems, I really think it is working with the Hillary pandering. Adam Rodriguez who was a TWSP candidate (whatever that means) is running Democratic fundraisers and posting conspiracy theories (probably from ol' Tarpley himself) that Wikileaks is forging emails to sandbag the only woman who can save the country. No joke! ====== From Facebook: ====== Adam Rodriguez - Man of the People Yesterday at 11:04am · See how "Wikileaks" is trying to use obviously forged emails to discredit the one candidate that, if elected, would offer us the best opportunity to continue the often vitriolic but necessary political discourse needed for the continuation of a democratic republic??? ====== Adam is actually doing pretty well in a county near me. He is in Pennsyltuckey area, where most of the voters are actually vacationers from New Jersey and don't generally vote. The Clinton Campaign proper does not want the Doktor's medicine, but a campaign has many fringe elements that are necessary in order to reach the maximum audience and simply because that is how networking is practically done. Webster is just trying to tap into the network so to speak, not the Campaign proper, so he can say he knows some people (like Larouche) and get a few "privileges." For these Larouchies, knowing somebody in the "mainstream" is the ultimate status symbol because it it reinforces their fantasy that they are changing the system. I do not doubt that certain memes like "tax wall street" are making a change but it doesn't take a Humanities Doctorate to come up with that so Webster's efforts are hardly up to par with his supposed capacity. |

He sure is doing much better than if he was just card table shrining. http://www.politicspa.com/pa-10-dem-to-cha...p-marino/55164/ I am not sure if he was a full time member if he was in the trade unions. My guess is that he was a supporter whom we brought along to events like the Jersey City meeting you mention. He is not going support a large family on what he would get in a stipend. http://www.jerseycityindependent.com/2009/...yndon-larouche/
I wonder how he got hooked up with The Griffin? http://tarpley.net/national-infrastructure...onomic-methods/
No mention of the Deca of Death plus one louder of Stalyn in his campaign. http://www.poconorecord.com/article/20150510/NEWS/150519964
He did pretty well here.

Was THE GRIFFIN's Trump=Nazi protest a LIMITED HANGOUT OPERATION on behalf of the Clinton Campaign? A leaked DNC email making the rounds calls for "delivering the bodies" to protest Trump-p-p-p at his venues. https://twitter.com/NubianAwakening/status/...204159217496064 Might some of these "bodies" have been GYMers & GYMettes from the TWSP? Does "Chairwoman" Daniela von Walls even know she's a patsy for the Clinton Campaign? Does she know THE GRIFFIN is the one to get paid while she takes the fall? And does THE GRIFFIN get free legal defense coverage as a reward for his operation? In other news... Noted physician Dr. Webster Griffin Tarpley MD gives his diagnosis of Hillary Clinton as... pollen?
Uh huh. Yet another brilliant diagnosis that shall go down in medical history, and one that surely breaks ground in identifying symptoms of pollen allergies. I live in Connecticut and my friends suffer rather harshly from all kinds of pollen and leaf mold symptoms. They ordinarily suffer from red eyes and runny noses, sometimes breaking into sneezing bouts. However, I confess never hearing any of them -- or anyone else, for that matter -- suffering a head-jerking epileptic seizure and collapsing into the arms of others who drag them off like a corpse on its way to the morgue. But then, I'm not Doktor Webster Griffin Tarpley MD. But WAIT, it gets better:
Well! Since noted physician Dr. Webster Griffin Tarpley MD diagnosed Trump-p-p with Mad Cow Disease contracted from consuming Trump Steaks in his presentation to The Left Forum back in the spring, that means Donald "Mad Cow" Trump-p-p is bound to be the greatest President in history -- according to THE GRIFFIN's logic, anyway. |

I miss Tarpley and Jones going at it. Purportedly Hexalingual East Coast Elitist Truther vs. Gun-Toting Southern Baptist Truther is just brilliant theater. Besides, the heady days of 2012, were a truly pivotal moment in the ongoing crisis, as we all wondered if Bishop Romney would ever be made to answer for the Mountain Meadows Massacre which occurred a mere century before his birth. Speaking of truther on truther violence, are you not salivating at the prospect of The Griffin EXPOSING Oliver Stone's Snowden movie? I remember him excoriating Stone's "Untold History" for not deifying Roosevelt and for failing to portray Truman as a weak, terrified puppet of Harriman and the British who second-guessed him into the Cold War. Of course, this is precisely what Stone did. |
